Salam, and happy spring everyone! Another great season of anime is coming and I can’t wait! I plan to watch more that is on this list but I will specifically highlight the anime that I am the most excited to watch. Here are my picks!

Anne Shirley

Airing on Crunchyroll

I loved Anne of Green Gables as a kids and I am excited to start watching the remake of a previous anime adaptation of the series. I already watched the 1st episode and immediately loved the main character Anne because of her imagination and bubbly personality. I can’t wait to follow her journey from a kid to an adult!

On the beautiful Prince Edward Island in Canada, an orphan named Anne Shirley is mistakenly sent to Green Gables, the home of Matthew and Marilla Cuthbert. They choose to adopt her anyway, as Anne finds friendship, love, and happiness in her new home. Come along for the story of a pure hearted and imaginative girl growing up, leaving for college, and returning home a changed woman.

Fire Force Season 3

Airing on Cruncyroll

Fire Force is back after 5 years! As you may know, I’m a huge fan of this series main because of the spiritual and religious elements in this show. I watched the first episode of season 3 and I’m hyped to see what will be coming next!

My Hero Academia: Vigilantes

Airs on April 7th on Crunchyroll

I’m already a fan of My Hero Academia so of course I will have to check out this spinoff. After watching the trailer, I know this is going to be great. Koichi’s quirk slipe and glide looks fun to me and I wonder what more he could do with it. I can’t wait to get into another wild ride!

A Ninja and an Assassin Under One Roof

Airs on April 10th on Crunchyroll

The title of this anime made me want to check out the trailer, and the trailer got me hooked! I love the concept of two people with similar professions living together. I also love the cutesy animation and how violence is displayed in it,  which reminds me a lot of the anime Dungeon People that I enjoyed last summer. I can’t wait to witness the absurdity of this anime!

Synopsis (ANN)

The story centers on Satoko, a naive kunoichi (female ninja), and Konoha, a high school girl assassin. Satoko escapes from the ninja village, meets Konoha, and they start living together a life full of danger and excitement.

Devil May Cry

Airing on Netflix

I’ve never heard of the video game Devil May Cry before hearing about this anime but I heard it was highly anticipated so I decided to check out the trailer. The fight scenes in the trailer got me hocked! The villain in this also looks very menacing. I can’t wait to se what this anime has in store.
