An Ode to Meet Me @ The Altar

Paramore. Fall Out Boy. Panic! At The Disco. My Chemical Romance.

Long ago, these bands lived rent free in our heads. Until one day, every Black girl discovered Fefe Dobson. Only she provided the representation we craved.

But when the world needed her the most, she vanished.

A hundred years have passed, and we gained some groups, but still have a long way to go.

Some have lost hope. But I believe, MM@TA can change the world.

Stream MM@TA on YouTube and Spotify.
